intentions of munching raw carrots!

Our nutrition workshops offer real and practical advice that you can take on board
to boost your energy levels. We're not going to suggest that you give up your
morning coffee forever and convert to dandelion tea. However, some healthy
changes will positively affect your performance at work .

We will help you come to grips with E numbers, distinguish between 'good' and 'bad'
fats and demystify the GI diet. Because our nutritionists make food their business.
